Construction Instalment Payments

Plus completion of all villa tiling and completion of swimming pool including tiling.

20%This covers the completion of bathroom installations, all painting and kitchen installation.
10%Payable upon review & approval of work.

Land & Building Ownership Titles

  • Chanote – Nor Sor Jor 4 Land Titles
  • Registered Servitude agreement (full road access) to all plots within the project
  • Full official building permit and house registration book
